Greece is set to welcome three new Hilton properties in 2027, with upcoming openings in Corfu, Mykonos and Crete adding fresh options to the country’s already diverse hospitality scene. Announced in Hilton’s latest global openings update, the projects range from a luxury beachfront resort in the Ionian Islands to a Cretan retreat shaped by local landscape and gastronomy.
Conrad Corfu is scheduled to open in spring 2027 on the island’s southern coast. The resort is planned around a secluded 200-metre stretch of beachfront and will include 136 rooms, suites and villas, many with private heated pools or Jacuzzis. Its design will draw inspiration from Corfu’s Venetian and neoclassical heritage, with landscaped gardens, Greek art and views across the Ionian Sea.
Facilities are expected to include three restaurants and two bars, including a signature dining concept by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis. Guests will also be able to make use of a destination spa inspired by local botanicals, an open-air cinema and a treehouse-style children’s club set among olive trees. The resort will offer a new base from which to explore Corfu Town, its historic landmarks and the island’s coastline.
Also expected to open in spring 2027, Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa will be located at Super Paradise Beach. The property will feature 67 rooms and suites in two-storey buildings inspired by Cycladic architecture. Each accommodation is planned to have a private veranda or balcony, while selected rooms will include private pools and views of the Aegean. Dining, wellness facilities and spaces for relaxation will form part of the resort experience.
The third opening, PHĀEA Mitato Crete, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is planned for the hills above Hersonissos, a short drive from Heraklion International Airport. Set among olive groves, gardens and mountain scenery, the property is designed to offer a quieter perspective on Crete. Its accommodation will comprise suites and a villa, with facilities including swimming pools and wellbeing spaces. The concept places particular emphasis on local food, with organic gardens and seasonal ingredients sourced from Cretan producers. Direct access to the neighbouring Crete Golf Club will add another attraction.
Together, the three projects highlight the continued development of Greece as a destination for internationally branded hospitality, while reflecting the distinct character of each island. All three openings are currently anticipated for spring 2027, although dates and details may be subject to change.
