Saudia Airlines is broadening its reach across the Mediterranean this summer, officially adding Athens and Mykonos to its seasonal flight map. Connecting directly from Riyadh, these Greek routes will run from June through September 2026.
Strategic Network Expansion
This initiative is part of a larger push to capture peak summer demand. Alongside the new Greek destinations, Saudia’s seasonal roster includes high-traffic spots such as:
-
Türkiye: Antalya and Bodrum
-
Europe: Nice (France) and Málaga (Spain)
-
Middle East/Africa: Salalah (Oman) and El Alamein (Egypt)
By maximizing its current fleet of 149 jets and preparing for the arrival of 116 more, Saudia is aggressively pursuing its international growth goals. This expansion doesn’t just boost the airline’s global standing; it serves as a primary engine for the National Transport and Logistics Strategy, ensuring the Kingdom becomes a more accessible and competitive global crossroads.
