Titled “A Gastronomic Voyage Through Santorini,” this experience invites guests on a multidimensional journey through the island’s scents, tastes, and stories. Each dish and wine pairing serves as a chapter in the local heritage, tracing a path from vines rooted deep in volcanic soil to the bounty of the Aegean Sea and time-honored family recipes. The evening is dedicated entirely to the harmony between contemporary Greek cuisine and the Santorinian vineyard, featuring a bespoke degustation menu created exclusively for this date.
The menu is crafted by Executive Chef Alexandros Makropoulos and Head Chef Maria Sylla, who highlight premium Greek ingredients and traditional recipes through a modern, refined culinary lens.
