Luura – Cliff Opens in Paros as New Mediterranean Hospitality Brand Makes Greek Debut

A new luxury hotel has opened in Paros, adding to the island’s growing portfolio of high-end accommodation.

Luura – Cliff, Paros, A Morgans Originals Hotel officially began operations on 1 August 2026, marking the launch of the Luura hospitality brand and the first Morgans Originals property by Ennismore in Greece.

Located on the coast of Paros, the hotel features 39 suites, with 19 offering private pools. The property also includes two restaurants, a wellness centre, a private chapel and facilities for weddings and exclusive bookings.

Luura was established by Vivium, the family investment office of entrepreneur and art collector Elie Khouri, in partnership with Ennismore. The brand is designed around a Mediterranean approach to hospitality, with each property taking inspiration from its local surroundings.

At Luura – Cliff, the architecture reflects Paros’ Cycladic character. Elastic Architects designed the property, while Lambs and Lions were responsible for the interiors. The white buildings are arranged to resemble a small Cycladic settlement, while contemporary artworks are displayed throughout the hotel. The collection includes works by international artists including Francesco Clemente, Claire Tabouret and Judith Hopf, as well as Greek artists.

The hotel’s dining offering includes Mimi Kakushi, a Japanese restaurant inspired by 1920s Osaka. The concept is included in the Michelin Guide, while its bar has appeared on The World’s 50 Best Bars list. The second restaurant, Lenea, focuses on contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

Wellness facilities include a sauna, cold plunge, massage and facial treatments, alongside movement and recovery programmes. Guests can also take part in activities including ceramic workshops, boat excursions, diving, windsurfing and trail running.

Luura’s expansion in Greece is set to continue, with a second Paros property planned for Nea Chrissi Akti in 2028. A further property, Luura Athens, is planned for Koukaki, overlooking the Acropolis.
