We loved this hotel!Iliovasilema Suites

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we were told we we upgraded to a larger room. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and we had a private balcony. We had a gorgeous view of the Caldera. The view was amazing, felt like paradise on earth! The staff and managers were very nice, freindly, kind and always there when needed. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful served on our private balcony. Our stay at Iliovasilema was amazing, they will be seeing us again.

Fabulous views, peaceful and great staff

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great views from our outdoor jacuzzi room / balcony. Location is private and parking was of no trouble at all. Staff is great. Plunge pool is very cool in the hot sun. Ask to adjust your jacuzzi temperature to suit your day and night preferences – doesn’t have to be hot all day, not in summer anyway!

Great Deal on a Picturesque Hotel

Amazing views: sunset just as good from hotel as it is in Oia. Plus, almost a panoramic view of the caldera side of the island. Daily breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Rooms are solid: rooms were clean and all had great views with a balcony. I can’t imagine any caldera views in Santorini have large or overly luxurious rooms due to the terrain and limited space, and this is no exception. Staff was polite and helpful, and gave solid restaurant recommendations. Value: after looking at other comparable hotels, I think this is one of the best values on the island. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the breath taking view!

Even after a week we still could not get over the picture perfect surroundings, photos just do not do it justice. Waking up to this and breakfast brought to us every morning in our room was the perfect start to each day. The complimentary breakfast is great- but you can order extras from the menu (eggs etc) definitely worth it.

In terms of location it has the best of both worlds, it is quiet and picturesque but only a 5 min taxi ride into the main town Fira, we did walk there most days. Restaurants around are pretty good, we particularly rated Vanilla in Firostefani and Bella Thira in Imerovigli. The staff were amongst the best we have come across – warm, friendly and make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. From the moment we were collected at the airport by one of the male staff (I forget his name) we were given 5* service. Alexandria was lovely and always on hand to recommend restaurants and things to do. The manageress Elina makes everyone feel like a valued guest. We cannot wait to return next year!
