Following an extensive renovation, the former Holiday Sun Hotel is now welcoming guests as the new 4-star Pounda Resort Paros, a member of Radisson Individuals, strengthening the tourism footprint of Paros.

The hotel, managed by HotelBrain, is in a prime location in the bay of Pounta, less than a minute away from the ferry connection to Antiparos. This investment brings the Radisson Individuals brand to one of the country’s most popular destinations at a time when the island is experiencing increased international demand.

Resort Features

The revamped complex features 94 rooms and suites, designed with a modern Greek aesthetic that incorporates white tones, natural materials, and wooden details. Amenities include:

  • A 200 sq.m. outdoor swimming pool with unobstructed views of the Aegean sunset.

  • Gastronomic offerings with an emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine and local Greek products.

  • A pool bar right by the sea for all-day service.

Commenting on the hotel’s addition to the Radisson network, Joep Peeters, Chief Operating Officer Franchise EMEA of the Radisson Hotel Group, emphasized that the Pounda Resort Paros perfectly captures the philosophy of Radisson Individuals, combining the unique personality of the property with the characteristics of the destination to which it belongs.
