The video of the campaign “Chania – A journey through its flavors” was honored with the Gold Award in the “Commercial Tourism” category at the Baku International Tourism Film Festival in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Some 80 films from 31 countries competed in the festival. The aim of the festival is to promote films on various aspects of tourism, the identification of the most successful films that promote domestic and international tourism and the promotion of their authors. The festival aims to help these films find a broader international audience.

The film must meet one of the following categories to participate in the festival:
• Cultural Tourism

• Commercial tourism
• Sport tourism
• Marine tourism and Water Activities
• Tours and Expeditions.

The videos of the campaign are creations of director and Chania resident, Thodoris Papadoulakis.
